I took my children to Colonial Williamsburg about 25 years ago. We loved it. I wouldn't advise going in the summer time, it's so hot there. I did a package deal and got CW, Jamestown, Bush Gardens, Water County USA, all super fun.

I visited Williamsburg one summer in the late 1970s, and the temperature reached 105° one afternoon in the Historic District. I'm used to hot summers where I live in South Carolina. I also spent time in New Orleans. But that scorching hot day in Williamsburg was the worst.

Deliveries in traditional dress could (should?) TOTALLY be a thing in Colonial Williamsburg (even if the vehicle & apps are modern)😉
