Thank you ma'am. What about solutions process of this problem according to habermas. In my point of view system and life world dono may balance hona jaruri hai. Jese border movie ka dialogue hai na ki चमन में इख़्तिलात-ए-रंग-ओ-बू से बात बनती है हम ही हम हैं तो क्या हम हैं तुम ही तुम हो तो क्या तुम हो. Can we said youtube,tiktok,pubg is an examples of Subjugation of developing nations by developed nations.?

Ma'am Is it relatable with article 13 vs article 368.?
@nawabkrsingh4 жыл бұрын
Art 13 and 368 has broader aspect ... But here we should go with some clauses of Art 19 bcoz if Art 19 violates then it will go in SC or HC with the provisions of Art 13 itself. What u say Rutvik?
@rutvikmakwana89734 жыл бұрын
@@nawabkrsingh i agree but in my view the whole theory completely connected with our all fundamental rights not only article 19 as you said it. I have also one more doubt about article 13(4). Can parliament use this 13(4) and 368 do whatever provision make for us. If you're have any ideas please clarify me. I am not law student but just curiosity

@uttorsamoyiki49603 жыл бұрын
Tragedy of classroom pedagogy on which Habermas wd hv much to say. The presenter begins with a wrong pronunciation of the thinker's name : its not Jurgen but Yurgen ( when we pronounce it) & not Hebarmas but HAbarmas ( with a HA of Ha ha). And for the rest of it : she cd hv a teacher of some substance to correct her jottings or use 'Habemas : Key Concepts' or 'Cambridge Companion to Habermas' book etc to settle on some really undisputed stuff to pass onto the learners. Simplification is not perversion.
@antarasquad80623 жыл бұрын
Wow. Thanks for enlightening. Really added to my knowledge repository! I really like it how you are going around pervert content on KZbin and showering your perfect and unsolicited comments on pronunciations. All the best with your life ya. Hope you get a job soon!

You are such an August Comte to come here and given lessons on German pronunciation. Hope you get the pun intended here, try pronouncing it in proper French and infer its meaning in english.
@uttorsamoyiki49603 жыл бұрын
@@antarasquad8062 An answer with a pretense of false humility & pedantic aggression. Unfortunate ! This was a public presentation for anybody ( interested) to view & comment. So Uttorsamoyiki (-though led by an individual is not an individual; a bengali journal by that name is to appear post covid) which is the 4 of us --while surfing Habermas & modernity found this & tried it & why not ( one of us knows German) & subsequently commented the way all hv done; are all of these solicited comments? Or is it that criticism is never commissioned but only & only praise? Tragic again tht life practices & jobs crop up here : how do they? Do u know our, or for that matter the man who leads us--his life style? Do u know the kind of life he leads? Aren't u subverting the critique made-- by inserting diversions? And with this we shall learn from the presenter a lesson or two on communicative ethics where respect and sincerity for the other participant--are two basic requirements. Oh yes, Habermas must be laughing on his chair.

@@amaniac9 We were serious & did not intend a pun. There are hosts of unknown names, words & things we encounter everyday & the best is --particularly before an openly wide & virtual audience-- is to approach the appropriate-- as best as we can. Or in case--if yr suggestion is --that any name , any word, any concept cd be pronounced, enunciated and broadcast the way would like to, fine but then the teaching lesson itself becomes redundant. Like pronouncing Habermas as per our wishful will, his theories cd be given a form we would like them to have ( this we called 'perversion'. No, this cannot be advised.
