Problems may be caused by a paper jam. Problem paper interrupts the calibration procedure. For these models, the most common cause of paper jams is worn cassette pick rollers. Wash or replace the rollers and repeat the procedure. Note, the transfer roller is often a problem - check the roller housing for cracks. I also invite you to subscribe to my channel.
