I thought the debut was impeccable. The concept is refined, has egypt references in sound and dance, focused on vocals and visuals are impeccable. They have what it takes to be one of the biggest groups of the fourth generation.

I feel like this was an interesting choice for a debut title and they really went for that new sound that I’ve never really heard in kpop. After talking to some Wiz*ones good amount were not fans of this song which is understandable because IVE already does completely different music from IZ*ONE. I thought Eleven could’ve been better as their second comeback title but nevertheless I love this song. These girls are all really talented and I wish they can achieve something special with this group.

I think Eleven is good for their title track it really sets them up with this unique vibe that isn’t similar to any other rookie groups. And I don’t think they are supposed to be like I*ZONE because they are a totally different group.

But yes IVE is a completely different group from IZ*ONE and they shouldn’t really be the 2 comparisons.

I think the whole point about this debut is to crush everyone with their visuals. Starship is saying… we don’t need tons of hook or high notes or rap or choreo… but we are just tons better looking than anyone in the market right now, lol.

Leeseo is only 14 years old. She has only graduated from elementary school. Starship has her in midriff baring outfits with heels. This is really crossing a line. At the very least they should stick to cutesy concepts since they have a 14 year old, not do mature concepts. I enjoyed the song, which has me conflicted. Do I support this? If so, will entertainment companies feel it okay to debut younger and younger idols as the precedent has been set and the Kpop industry will do whatever is successful and makes money. ; (

Dude take a chill pill. Number one, their concept wasn’t scandalous in any way. If you think crop tops and high heels are inappropriate for a teenage girl then you obviously aren’t up to date with how teen girls dress these days. Also, I think their concept is really interesting and just because the group has young members doesn’t mean they have to do a cute concept. I don’t think companies should feel obligated to use the cute concept all the time if their idols are young. Let’s try to focus on how talented the girls are in this groups rather than criticize the concept choice.

14 years old is pretty normal age in Kpop. It would have been controversial if she was 11 or 12 years old. There are many famous name in K-pop who debuted very young such as Jungkook of BTS who debuted at 15, Taemin of Shinee who debuted at 14 and also IU who debuted when she was only 14 years old.

It's the fourth generation now, so I don't feel it's strange. also She's 14 and 15 in Korean age . So she's entering high school soon.
