To me color theory should be a main focus early in learning about beading because a lot of people have no idea of what colors to put together.

Could Anna perhaps do a more in depth where she uses a lot of samples from different ranges please? I got the idea of what was being said but couldn't follow it with all the talking over each other. Good to know about the color wheel, never thought about it before but certainly something I will want to add to my stash of goodies if not to expensive.

It would be great to have one or two examples from EACH of your designers, who appear individually after Allie does a group intro. That way, each designer could explain how they used color theory in each project, hopefully ones available on your website. Please use an example or two of some of the types of looks and feel you were going for, like the booklet that goes with the color wheel tool shows. One I recall is like a bold piece. Or subtle. Last, can you please explain how to read the tiny graphic example pictures on your great reference card? I struggle with understanding the gradual color shifts from light to dark. A bigger example showing neutrals tried in with each type of example on the back of the card would be helpful. The card is maybe trying to do too much, with it being both a marketing/ informational tool with all of the links and live times and an instructional mini reference on color theory.

I’m so lost...can this video be redone, and with caption please? Also, is it possible for Anna to lead this video if she’s the color expert? I get that you’re the co-founder, alli, and we hold you in highest regard, but this video needs to be redone in a more professional way.

Lots of info included in this short video--Thanks, Allie and Anna, for your presentation. Color choices are definitely the hardest thing for me when it comes to beading. That is when I really wish there was a local bead store in my area. Choosing off a website-having to weed through a bunch of colors a couple at a time, just wears me out, so I give up pretty easily. Usually, if there is a kit, I will go that route.

The video is good, but when you all interrupt and talk over each other, it’s extremely distracting. If Anna is the color expert, it might have been better to just let her do the video alone.

It's more efficient to go by the colour numbers, especially for Miyuki and Toho. Colour names change from one company to another and don't always remain constant. You can email us and ask about colours if you need to match beads you already have, but older beads can be subject to dye lot changes, just as for yarns.

I'm sorry......in reading a lot of the other comments, I see that of the ones I read, nobody mentioned the constant being talked over and constant interruptions by the one with the ponytail! I think this video WOULD HAVE been very informative me but I was distracted by the long haired one being interrupted and talked over by the other one! Like wth! Who does that? And yes, I know that sometimes people don't realize that they're doing this, but if I'm on the receiving end of someone that does that ......well, long haired one, you're better than I am! And I apologize for not referencing both of you by name but that goes to show that I got so discombobulated by the over-talking and cut offs that names weren't even part of the equation!
