I'm a "lifelong" tenant of living here in Globeville. Ask me about my neighborhood, whereby the children, and the children's children of other lifelong residents are born with down syndrome. It definitely has to do with the pollutants left behind by former and current money grubbing companies left unimpeded to continue their polluting by local and state politicians who continue to give them a green light to continue their polluting and killing the residents of Globeville and Elyria.

Gonna be watching this with my sister. We grew up with other family being contaminated here in Globeville. And by the fates, I am now living in Globeville, exactly where BNSF Railroad had a train derailment into our neighborhood a few years back! I'm already resigned that I will die from the unnatural causes of living in this neighborhood.

22:00 Case in point in why Denver needs more condominium construction in lieu of all these 5-over-1 apartment complexes popping up anywhere zoned high density residential. Condos help fill in the real estate market's "missing middle" between income-subsidized properties and single family homes going for $600k+. High density residential shouldn't be just for renters. edit: I realize construction defect law and associated high cost of builders insurance for condos is why this imbalance exists. Multi-family residential should be held to the same standard whether its apartments or condos.

Clean air, water, health quality, all of these are important to all humans. Colorado is a great state, it has the capacity to lead the nation is how it operates and puts human life values above all else. We are all connected, our water and air are ultimately all connected. Clean water and air should be the goal of the entire state.

The area has been polluted for over 100 years. This is nothing new. Smelters to now. There are many low income areas to relocate to. Life is short, move
