Prior to joining the buffaloes, Dancy served in the collegiate environment at Jackson State, Paine College, and Mississippi Valley State in various coaching positions. Dancy attended and played football at Jackson State.

I love the intensity and drive that Coach Dancy brings every day. That dude has no low gear. He's on the gas all the time and you can see that in the way he coaches these kids. He demands high effort and accountability from his guys and that is why he is such an asset to this team. Look for big things from his unit this season!
