Thank you Gov. Polis. We need qualified people for all sorts of jobs and many times don't have those personnel available like nurses, for example. As the large boomer generation ages, more medical care personnel will be necessary. Who is going to do those jobs? Who is going to work the agricultural jobs? Who is going to work the construction jobs? As of right now, I don't see lots of long time Coloradoans signing up. To be successful over the next 20+ years, we need the help of qualified people from all over the world. Yes, they should come legally, but are we really going to send out a person who benefits our great state every day instead of helping that person to become a citizen? That would be completely ignorant.
