Ran Bunce school road last weekend from the north end down. Did the Ironclads loop but didn’t make it to the T33 crash site because Bunce school rd was closed at the seasonal gate near Coney Flats.

Jeeping with Jenn & John Tkanks! It does have a few spots that get your attention but most of it isn’t real tough. The scenery is great too.

Connor Roberts It was a fun trail. I had a great time wheeling with you. Maybe we can get a couple more trails in before the snow flies.

I want to try that trail before the snow hits it. Thanks for the footage.

Thanks Steven! It's not a hard trail but there a one or two places that will make you pay attention to your line. Standing at the crash site was a trip. You could just feel that something terribly wrong happened there and you feel for the pilots that lost there lives.

Love the video as always John... wish I could have been there.... It looked like a fun trail with a few spots to test out you and the Jeep.

If I were coming from the I-76 by the Colorado/Nebraska border, how do you get to this trail? I’ve been wanting to do it for a while now.
@outlaw9232 Жыл бұрын
Well, there isn’t a direct route, but the closest I could get you by telling you would be taking 76 all the way into Denver from there, you could head up in the Boulder and toward Lyons. It’s basically located in the mountains north west of Boulder and just off of the south east corner of the Rocky Mountain national Park boundary. I just googled it and found a map that I could zoom in and out of that can give you an idea how to get over to that area. I think it is also listed in the Wells book

Can someone please explain what is the purpose of those ridiculous blinking headlights ?
@outlaw92323 жыл бұрын
Lol hi Junior, the headlights really don’t blink. They are LED lights and what you are seeing has to do with the camera speed and the “frequency “ or how the LED’s put out the light. It only looks like they are blinking on film not in person. I admit it’s a little annoying to see.

What radios are you guys using?

I think that day we were running just regular CB Radios not Ham Radio. I’ve got the Cobra 75WXST 40 The audio comes out of my stereo speakers
