Lol, I didn't know what was going on at first Coach, I had to go back...read the captions and re-listen to what was going on.....as for Uncle Neely and ALL content creators in this space, I started cutting out a lot of these channels and stopped listening to my favorite ones as much, especially when everyone gets so long winded and arguing(sometimes it's funny, but mostly draining). The criticism of the players(young men, mostly in new environments and situations with varying levels of support and advice) is getting so crazy. I really didn't like how Neely handled the situation with the RB's, it's cool to have an NFL environment(professional) but when players make a business decision that's not in YOUR favor the it's OK to attack their character, which could affect their bottom line(future business decisions with other schools/programs/teams)? These are still kids trying to navigate in a brand new world of college football(with very limited time) and also trying to get their education, learn new plays, learn transfer rules, build a social media presence, negotiate NIL deals(if possible), money management, family concerns etc., etc., etc.

Coach Hayes is correct on this one. I think Neely, who has access to the players, was really in his feelings, which caused him to have some emotional outbursts negatively on dylan situation. Unless Dylan tells you that it was competition, you can't come to the judgment. Especially for Dylan personally, it could be more than that. For this year. I think it was a bad move by Dylan, but it could be a strategic move for next year because colorado may not have a top QB next year, and he is preparing for that a year ahead. Either way, it would be hard for me as a player to trust Neely after his lack of judgment.

The job is never yours for good just like in life you can be good but if better comes along no employer is going to keep you.. Fact check that at your place of employment. People say colorado is not a Georgia or Alabama etc.. So if a big running back comes in do you think dillion is going to move the pile or the bigger back? If the line is average and charlie finds a way to find the gap, but dillion dosen't who will you choose? If Cormani is making mistakes and coach says cormani what do you see, and he mumbles I don't know , do you think coach is going to not keep looking for another replacement? If a lineman made go plays last year but coach prime keeps seeking more Georgia or etc type lineman and he says there is more coming... and you jump in the portal is that not you wanting to compete? He spoke FACTS…Those players leaving were about not wanting to “COMPETE”…when the freshman #29 started to shine, all three departing backs started to get nervous…Alton made it very clear he was about himself this year…he wanted make this his best year to raise his draft stock but he can’t blame his missing reps because of lingering injuries or the other backs for continuing to COMPETE and take advantage of every opportunity they got. Charlie has been steadily improving, building his body and perfecting his technique during offseason and vacation time. #29 came in with something to prove and went to work right away…Dylan has been good but in my eyes didn’t do his personal best to excel this year. He was relying too much on what he did last year. He’s still fast and versatile but not a starter. More of a third down back or change up back. He should have followed after Jimmy Horn and added more weight/muscle and do things to increase his endurance and burst like join the track team and condition to compete on that level. Jimmy knows how strong the WR room is and it will keep improving…he invested in himself and showed the coaches he is not to be forgotten! NFL scouts remember those things… Neely was there seeing these things as they developed both on the field and within the coaches meetings. People like you might like his shine so you take a shot at him in hopes of getting your fans riled up, believing your hype and not taking the time to do their own research to learn the facts…poor job of posturing (for those that don’t know this word means = speech that is calculated to mislead).
