Colorado State Championships 2022 - Level 9 Men's Gymnastics - Ethan Cox

Colorado State Championships were the fifth gymnastics meet of the season and we hosted it at our home gym, 5280 Gymnastics. I was hoping to become the Colorado All Around State Champion... see if I accomplished that in this video.

@@EthanCoxGymnastics yeah on floor. Im a level 8 second year trying to compete a double tuck on floor for nationals. I always over rotate in the resi strip but im scared on the real floor. any tips?

Does your coach believe you are ready on real floor? If so, you gotta just go get it. Think about how pumped you will be when you hit!

@@EthanCoxGymnastics yeah he does. Im going to try as hard as I can until I get it! My dad was an amazing pommel horse man and got a perfect 10 back in high school gymnastics. Almost made the olympic trials. His name was josh levin. He says he was the first person to do a full khere out of a circle. (the creater did it as a mount) I want to be as good as him one day on pommels and you are a huge inspiration! also very cool to see you compete my dads skill!
