how does this only have 10k views?? Such an inspiring and incredible journey, without all the fluff and self centered talking and vlogging. I would say one without the music would be even better, but its so incredibly quiet already! Certainly you inspire me to someday take this journey too, if I ever find myself able to.

What a recovery. Not these chatterboxes who constantly stick their faces in the camera. Thank you for this video!🙄👍

Missing when I used to like in Boulder this morning. This video is helping me and my dog reconnect. ❤

Wow, I admired your stamina and especially your courage to do the beautiful walk alone. I watched the whole thing on this beautiful Saturday afternoon and it gave me a sense of peace and serenity. Thank you 🌹 😊

Wonderful relaxing video. I'm curious, what brand of shoe did you wear, make and model.

Love the ambient hiking mode. Much of thru hiking is intuitive and can find info elsewhere. This has a Zen mindfulness philosophy to it. I want to hike the CT. Given I helped build trail systems on end for weeks the CT and CDT many years ago during summer. I got to learn how to wield a Pulaski. I deserve it. When did you hike the CT - time of year? July, August, etc.? Did you pre plan your campsite locations? Did you preplan your resupply and Zero/Nero scheduled days? There are definite towns to Zero on. e.g., Breckinridge. I remember camping in Leadville in July, waking up to 28F.

Man this looks great! Keep posting videos like this and your channel will only grow. Would love to see a full breakdown of the camera gear you used on your thru.

Subscribed. Love your videos and photos. Do you happen to have a video where you talk about what camera equipment you're using? I'm guessing you're not just using a Go Pro for these wonderful shots. Thanks!

Love this trail! My husband and I have done segment 8 and part of segment 28. We r planning to start at segment 1 this summer and do at least until 4. Then we will go back as soon as we can and do more. Be very thankful you have the time to do it all in one shot! We must go back many times to get the whole thing in

This was great footage you posted and edited. I've done some of it on my bike but someday would like to ride the whole thing. It looks amazing.

1h3m video and you spent 15 mins showing us you setting up your tent....got to suck trying to get that thing up in the dark with howling winds and rain after hiking for 15 hours. had more then my share of frustration with various ultralight tents. my current tent might weigh 8 oz more and probably $500 cheaper but I can get my tent up in less then 3 mins and zero stakes ...it saved my ass countless times during weather and long days where i just want to crawl into my shelter.

The haze? Was that from wildfire smoke?

This was a great video of your hiking. The background music was awful as it covered up the wonderful sounds of nature. Personally I would like to have just the sounds of nature and enjoy your wonderful video clips of your hiking. Thanks for sharing your trip.

Did you take the time to hike the trail? Did you take the time to set up shots and film yourself hiking the trail? Did you take the time to edit how you hiked the trail? No? Then don't act entitled to how someone else puts out their own video.
