I’ve been completely stock for 147,000km and can’t wait in a few weeks for the exhaust and the tow tune. Pretty much tow daily 2kto3k lbs daily(also lots of mountains here keeping it on the tamer side). Warranty is almost up so time to make it my own. Would of been sooner but an engine blowing multiple holes in the block at 37,000km made me resilient. Love this truck besides that little hiccup 😳. Your videos are awesome and definitely with muffler over straight pipe. Can’t wait to see the next hood stack video in the first one it sounded pretty damn good. Thank you!

I got same tire monitor rest tool and I have the exact same problem. Only some of tires worked with it. I ended up going to discount tires to reprogram them. You just confirmed it for me, im returning this garbageware back to Amazon.

Just used this tool yesterday. Try putting the antenna directly on the tire vs trying to make it go through the metal rim.

I used the same exhaust. I think it sounds good. And yeah the downpipe was hard to do. Thank you for your videos... but you are making me look like a copy cat, I got the same tune and exhaust, and now you got the tires I've been looking at. You keep doing things a couple weeks before I get around to it haha

I bought one of those tire pressure reset tools and it can be a pain on the passenger side . I think the signal is a bit weak.

No drone at all with the muffler. Still pretty quiet on the highway, otherwise I wouldn't like it.

Hey man, go to discount tire. Let em know you want your TPMS sensors relearned and see if they can get them with their machine. They shouldn’t charge you anything.

When you delete the DPF, the DEF no longer applies, not trying to sound like a dick. Just don't want you to think that there are other concerns to worry about.

I've been shopping for an exhaust system for my 2018 ZR2 diesel, but haven't found the same flow prom model you got (as a complete assembly, down pipe and all) Can you please send me the model number so I can see if its still available. I have 2018 Colorado diesel and did the delete with flow pro with hp mpv12 for the tuning.. everything works great no light in dash but one thing I have a lot of vibration inside the truck on idle!!! At 900rpm or above it’s fine just like stock but anything below that that vibration is killing me.. :( let me know if there something I can do to fix that issue

Lockers are great, though I’ve only used them a few times. That’s the trucks biggest advantage off road. I really do love this little truck!

Exhaust would not void warranty. Neither would lifting it. They would have to prove that what ever happens was the cause of the exhaust an lift. Which they wouldn't be able to. I've lifted an put an exhaust on all my new trucks never had a warranty issue

Can you tell me where the odometer takes it reading from on the ZR2? Does it accrue mileage while being flat towed? Reason I ask is that I'm looking to purchase one but the miles seem high and I found out it was towed behind an RV.

If you've installed exhaust systems before you'll be just fine with this one. Downpipe is the PITA part

What were your HP.TQ levels after? Have you tried the MBRP exhaust? Trying to get the best performance while still staying quiet.

Stock turbo yes. It does have a very nice whistle to it now.

Haven't driven it enough on the new tires. With the old tires, averaging 25mpg city/highway mix. 30s on the highway.

I just picked up my truck from the shop yesterday got the flow pro as well and when I drive at a constant speed there’s the most annoying humming sound then when I press hard on the gas it goes away.. sounds like something is radaling. Not to happy with it

I just figured it out.. under the truck there’s the spare tire and there’s a metal sheet that wraps the tire and the exhaust is so close that when I press on the gas it just barley touches it and that’s what’s creating the annoying humming/vibrating noise that I hear in the truck cabin

Going to ty to make a long story short, but brutally honest. My 2020 ZR2 has been in the shop for 3 1/2 months now with less than 19k miles on it. Getting the Canadian weight loss tune. Going down the highway at 70 mph the engine went into Limp mode during a re-gen then that was it.. Stuck for hours on roadside and had to tow to dealership as it would not start. Dealership calls me and tells me the ECM had been tampered with and they will not cover POS DPF filter under warranty. I told them they were full of shit because I had bought the truck brand new with 5 miles on it. After checking with GM three times it was confirmed that the ECM had been messed with. I told him to pound sand and had truck towed to local Diesel shop for "repair" Diesel shop spent weeks getting parts 3" turbo back and downpipe from Canada. Tuner lost two weeks figuring out Tune and found out that the truck was a brand new dealer trade and first dealership was going to do something to the truck and messed with ECM then sent it to the dealer I bought it from with an altered "ECM" My tuners found out the hard way and I had to end up ordering a new ECM for proper tune. Getting parts in "lets go Brandon's" administration has made things more challenging. Going to have final tune complete in day or two once tuner sends final files over. My tuner said he has had the most challenging time with the newer 2020 version so if you plan on getting one with the 2.8 LWN you will have DPF issues at one point or another. This will be my last modern day diesel purchase due to the current restrictions and parts availability to make the truck run like it should . BOOSTED Apex did it correctly and now has a bad ass truck. Hopefully mine will come out OK in a couple days.
