2019 reporting, to say that this does sound a lot like an Ace Combat song sometimes. ... Actually, it would be absolutely awesome to have a crossover of both, where Magical Girls are pilots fighting against a masked enemy that seems to always come back, only to notice, after the loss of some of them, that THEY become the very enemy they fight once despair has consumed them. Magic would be replaced by something ideological (where the masked enemy would defend ideas that appeal to broken, hopeless people but scare optimistic ones) and Kyubey would make lots of money out of it because both air forces would defend his own interests. Then Madoka would seize power in the country torn by war and Homura become a one-plane army fighting everyone after Madoka brought peace on the land again as to keep Madoka for herself.

You can use a video editing software. For my uploads I use openshot because I mainly run Linux. I've also Adobe Premiere on my Windows partition. There is also Windows Movie Maker which is free.

Randy Raditya Audacity is the name of a free program for Windows, OS X and Linux. Either I already have a mixed version (so vocal track and instrumental track are already together). Then I just speedup the whole thing a little bit. Or I have a "vocal only" version and an instrumental version separated. Then I mix both together in their original tempo and speedup the piece afterwards. In other word words, the speedup is the last part of audio editing.
