MelodyMinaya The polish needs to be touch dry.. but not that dry that you cant damage the polish anymore. The polish needs to be dry but soft if that makes sense. Sorry its hard to explain for me in english, hope this helps. Thanks for watching!

Lois1593 I use a small flat round brush that i bought in my local craft store. The peel off base coat i bought at a drugstore, im from the Netherlands so im not sure in what store you can get it, im sorry! Thanks so much for watching
