I recall doing some colouring with twinkling H20s on a card once and it went lumpy in one corner and went lumpier still when I tried to fix it. I covered it with a lace die cut embellishment and it became one of my very favourite cards. Thank you so much for sharing. Love these cards, so beautiful. 😍

I got my OLO markers way back when they were first introduced and had to wait til they actually were produced. Got the full set 128 and Love them! I never got into any other alcohol marker til these came out and I finally took the plunge major investment, but oh so worth it!!! I got the advance notice when they came out with the new colors and put that order in back in Dec 24, so had to wait til last month to finally get them, but oh it was so worth the wait!!! Love watching you color and I so LOVE embossing folders!!!!

Yes I color my embossing folders. Usually I watercolor or zig marker color. I’m going to try alcohol markers next! Thanks for showing me this!

Beautiful cards! I do love watching you color with the Olo markers, but I also miss seeing the Zigs and watercoloring. I haven’t used alcohol markers on an embossing folder yet, but I used Tim’s watercolor pencils (shaved into a palette) on an embossing folder using craft card stock. I really liked the way it turned out.

I have about 50 of them including 28 of the new ones. I I only ordered the brush tip and like Amy R says I am waiting for them to do a bullet tip. It’s hard to color small spaces with the brush tip. I like the olos but wish they’d have more brighter colors

Beautiful cards, Nichol. I saw absolutely nothing wrong with the yellow center of the teal flower, but we are our own worst critics, aren't we? I don't have Olo markers (yet), but I have a lot of alcohol markers, including a large set of Tri-Blends, which I LOVE...mostly because I don't have to think when I'm shading with them lol! Thank you for sharing your gorgeous, colorful cards. Now I'm off to SSS to pick up some embossing folders while they're on sale!

Use Tim Holts water color pencils on the debossed side then went over with black.

Some markers do need to be stored horizontally. Olo Markers can be stored vertically or horizontally.
