The Supreme Court is an essential constitutional component of government as the highest adjudicating court of the Judiciary system, top of the third branch of government. It is supposed to uphold and protect the Constitutional Law of the United States of America - not to rewrite the constitution, shifting the balance of power between the three branches of government and grab more power for the court!
