Yesterday I prayed to God asking for confirmation about my dream of being an illustrator/artist even though I'm Christian, and your video along with your testimony came as His answer to me today, thank you very much! I had put art aside for two years because God wanted to work on my broken self and to spend more time with Him, It was very difficult but every day God shaped me and renewed my faith as I got to know Him more. Your testimony was sort of my confirmation! I've been having lots of doubts about my career path and I recently picked up art and I'm very bad at it but when I asked God what I ought to do I order to glorify Him, he showed me a dream of me glorifying Him through art. Hello! Wow, thank you for your compliment!❤️ I have many artists that I admire and who become my inspiration, check out Amy Sol, Audrey Kawasaki, I have lots of them that I follow on my ig account, but the type of arts that I'm into are those styled like Studio Ghibli, dreamy arts. In my case, I just kept practicing until I became confident in my own art style, also, I often browse artworks on various platforms to also inspire me to draw. Hope that helps and good luck. :)

Thank you! Throughout my video, you'll notice my indecision about the colors in my art 😂 I changed them multiple times until I was satisfied, but I'm more into pastel colors, I also think that blending pastel colors is way more easier than vibrant colors~ 🤗

Hi! It depends on my available time, but I can finish it in one day if I don't have anything else to do. However, I take longer to sketch than to color because I want the details in my sketch to be clean. so maybe around 1-2 days, hehe! :3

How do you isolate certain parts of the drawing to color? Or are you just drawing each item on different layers and alpha locking to color it in?

Hi! I'm not sure about your question, but what I do is I use only one layer for the line art, and then I create the colors underneath that line art. I tend to use multiple layers, especially for colors. I hope that answers your question~

Can I ask how big is your canvas and which IPad are you working with? I ask these questions because of the detail level!!! It’s pretty high! My IPad is pretty old and I struggle with layers on big canvases.

Hi! Thank you! This one is 3547 x 3328px with 132 DPI, I'm using the 128gb IPad Pro. I also have that problem because I have so many layers, I just merge some of them sometimes. I think the larger the iPad's memory, the more layers you can create, as far as I know. :D

I'm considering getting an Ipad but it's been extremely hard to decide because i work almost entirely with Lineart and i haven't seen much reviews on this subject so i just came across this video and your beautiful art and i would really like to see your opinion on it since you also do Lineart. How would you describe your experience on doing lineart with the ipad ??? Is the stabilization good? Has it been stressful?? I've heard people say ipad is not that good with that.. sorry if I'm asking too much 😢😢😢 I just can't decide 😭

Hi! For me personally, I've tried other tablets before this one. My first was from Wacom, but not the one where you draw on the monitor because that's expensive, hehe. The second one was from Huion, and I can recommend both brands because they're really good. However, they needed to be connected to a laptop or pc. Unfortunately, my laptop isn't high-powered, so it lags when I have many layers in Photoshop. Another thing is that Photoshop requires a monthly subscription, whereas with Procreate on the iPad, it's a one-time payment, though the iPad itself is a bit pricey. What I like about it is its portability - you can take it anywhere without needing to plug it into a computer. When it comes to drawing, Procreate is really good to use. I also like the app itself because it's user-friendly, and it's enjoyable to explore. Hope this helps ❤
