Love washi border. Great idea! The pastels can be used like pencils , color can be pushed around with qtips or blenders. Bunny Designs has a video demonstrating the use of the oil pastels. Thanks for sharing your supplies!

Thank you!! I bought some baby oil a few days ago to try blending the oil pastels with it, I'm going to see how I like that.

Yes! Crayola Super Tips are great for coloring. I have a 50 set and would like to get one of the big ones too. While I can't say I'd use Super Tips all the time, they are a great choice for those who may just want to try out coloring or if you don't want to use up your more expensive markers on all of your coloring projects. The colors are vivid and smooth but they will likely fade over time. The blending is also a bit trickier than with better quality markers. But hey, no one should pass these up because they're Crayola and you're thinking "for kids only," although they are usually sold in the kids arts/craft section. Try them. You will like them.

Good morning Ann, I am a new subscribe on your channel and really enjoy your coloring materials, I send you hugs from Massachusetts, before I go I share that I used to paint in watercolor, I left it because being a mom takes a lot of time and now that my only daughter has 11 years I am returning to retake the discipline of art and now I will start by coloring books, 📚🖍thanks for sharing your materials Ann, hugs of colors.🎨🌹😀

I recently got the set of 100 Crayola. My main issue with them is the sharpening. The lead often falls out. As for oil pastels, the way I use them is to color in an area but not all the way to the edges, and then smear the color with either a makeup wedge or Q-tip.

Awesome video Ann! I love seeing what other people use. I'm pretty content with my coloring supplies as well, but I have to say that I definitely want to get some Polychromos and the Touch Five markers. After that, my coloring supply itch will be scratched and I will be content with what I have in that department. Except for the stickles I don't have and some Washi tape. But after that... NO MORE!! LOL I'm with you... I would rather have the books. There are soooo many amazing books. The enabling groups... er...I mean.... these coloring groups I've joined have really broadened my coloring horizons and I have come to appreciate many more coloring genres. I used to just like leafy, jungle type pages. I thought it was because I didn't like anything else, but mainly it was because I was intimidated to color anything else. So much support and direction in these groups has made me love to color different scenes and people... which I was sooo scared to do. Okay... not sure why I went off on that tangent...lol. Thankfully I don't do videos. Lord only knows when I would stop talking! LOL Thanks for sharing your supplies! :)

I always love seeing a coloring video up from you because every time I find you and have so much in common and so many similarities. You are not the only one who keeps their 150 set in the box, I do too and have ever since I got them awhile back. I also use makeup bags for my pencils. Lol 😄 I am going to look into that sharpener. I currently use the Faber Castell Trio sharpener, it works great for both Prismacolor and the Polychromos, but I am spending a fortune replacing them after the blade gets dull, plus I like how long you got the tip on the Prismacolor. I love Royal and Langnickel products. I have a couple Royal paintbrushes and they're some of my favorites, been using them for years and they've held up really good. Have a great weekend!

Yes, things are moving right along. The apartment complex was older and apparently not up to code on a few things. So along with the renovation from the fire they will have to do more work than previously expected. Because of that it will probably not be until September or so when our unit is finished. We cannot wait that long or stay where we are at until then, so we have been house hunting and were just informed a few days ago we got a house we applied for. So yes things are settling down a bit. We are getting the keys next week. I am super excited because we have only ever lived in apartments or twinplexes/duplexes, so an actual house is a dream come true! The funny thing is that earlier this year I had mentioned to my boyfriend that I wanted to look for a house this Summer, that apartment living just wasn't cutting it anymore for me. We kind of put it on the back burner, but oh the irony in this situation. Lol I am very excited! Thank you for asking! Have a wonderful weekend!

Thank you! Nope, no adhesive needed, it sticks just fine. I use pieces that are longer than necessary and then trim the ends, that way I know they won't be too short.
