Love,love,love this! And the hint to use the scrap of red to align the frame- priceless! (There's the engineer in you!!) one hint that I found- I had tried everything suggested to keep my Glossy Accents from clogging, without success, but finally found that if I discard the lid and use a "T" pin inserted in the opening it never clogs and does not spill if knocked over- I have done this for over a year with both older and new bottles and have gone for up to 3 weeks without using without any problems. Thanks for the card- I'm going to copy it for my husband- the ice cream addict!

You inspired me to try something a bit similar to the ice cream - I wanted to make "rocks" to resemble those in rock climbing gyms. I did what you did with different colors of ink/paint and they turned out great! One little problem for me was that my embossing paste had dried up - I added bits of water to it and reconstituted it. Probably not the best way to handle the caked up stuff, but figured I had nothing to lose. I think it will be just fine! thanks!

Ingenious!!! It looks so life like! I never would have purchased an ice cream stamp (far too cutesy) but I may have to rethink this now. ;) Actually a banana split... using liquid applique could be the whip cream (or snowtex since that doesn't require heat setting). Actually, the idea with some critters is a great idea too. I'll go through my stamps to see how else to use this technique. Thank you for sharing this (and many) wonderful techniques.

i have no problem cutting stamps up, but i was wondering if one might get in trouble with copyrights from the stampmakers esp when you change their design...and instead of a brush i think i'm going to try it with a cotton swab
