I am new to this also. Just started 3 weeks ago ....i LOVE the way you explain things. I am just learning to layer and blend....it can get overwhelming and it is suppose to.be relaxing. Lol So i am going to.stick with YOU and one other lady i follow....i watched youtube videos ALL DAY yesterday and just got more confused. So less is.best for.me Lol. This was so helpful. Hi Jennifer...I love your rule of thirds.... I do have a couple of questions (I bet you are thinking I should pay you for one on one lessons...well I agree)..ok lol...when using the 3 different colors how much pressure are you using? When showing a light source area...is it easier to show one from the left, right, center? Does it matter? Thank you for this wonderful lesson!!!!!

They are very informative and have wonderful techniques to offer. They are an important step on how to get the feel of how to properly color and which comes first as well as the pressure used. Well worth looking into, I'm glad I did.

I like this method on coloring books rather than using a colorless blend pencil because the black ink on coloring books smears into the blending of the colored pencils.
