How did you do the backgrounds, especially the starry one?

I mostly do acrylic paint backgrounds in this book. Then sometimes I simply draw stars with Posca marker, sometimes I also sprinkle some pearl watercolor over acrylic to create more interesting look. I have a playlist with several videos from this book, maybe they will be helpful

Alena Beautiful❤️❤️❤️❤️Which acrylic paint do you use?Which Gouache do you use Alena. Do you water your acrylic and gouache down to a thinner consistency or use it directly from the tube.

Hi Robyn , sorry for the late reply. I love 'Amsterdam' acrylic paints amzn.to/342nCJK by 'Royal Talens' and Maimeri amzn.to/2qNeMBn , but I also use cheap acrylic paint manufactured in Ukraine. As for gouache, I use paints from Russian brand 'White Nights' or from Japanese brand Turner . If I do the background with paints I never water them. If I actually color some objects, picture details with paints, I add a little bit of water.
