@easymoney-n7yno the problem is the whole judicial system in the USA. Judges should be totally non partisan with no political influence in anything to do with them or any of their decisions. Nor should judges be allowed to be corrupted and manipulated by bribes or gifts. Adding more judges to an already corrupt system to “balance it out” fixes nothing it only expands a corrupt system. If one side can expand the court system why can’t the other side at some point? There should be no sides in the judicial system whatsoever rather there should be totally non partisan judges chosen in a non political way who are held to the highest ethical standards and removed if they are corrupt. Clearly it’s beyond time for the USA to have both judicial and political reform.

I think that the only way to break up this corrupt scotus is to increase the number of justices. It seems to me they haven’t got the time to rule on The Felon’s immunity case so if they are six months behind on that and who knows how many more, Biden needs to increase the number of justices…to help them out. If they do not have the power to impeach at least they can impose a CODE OF ETHICS the SCOTUS MUST ABIDE BY. I did hear something about Congress being able to impeach members of the SCOTUS. More research is needed on my part.
