Bonjour, je possède ce vélo depuis maintenant 3 semaines et je constate un défaut qui a mes yeux est relativement dangereux avant de rentrer dans un virage, quant j'arête de pédalée ou que je freine le moteur me donne un coup de booste d'environ 1 seconde a une seconde et demis est-ce normale ? est il possible de pouvoir régler ce défaut ? je travaille sur paris et aux milieu de la circulation c'est parfois très chaud quand je freine d'urgence.

I just lifted up the front tube before putting in the handle bars.Now the handle bars won’t reach to insert. How do I fold it back down? I’m only seven stone and struggling.

hi. i just finished installing the bike,but when i tried it for the first time, it has metal squeezing sound (dunnow how to exactly describe it) especially when i tried to spin the wheels.. iam not sure if its normal..

Friend, is it the front or rear wheel? Is the tile not installed properly or is there a problem with the brake pads? You can take a picture or video to explain the problem and seek help from customer service

Standard s866 controller, press + - together, use the power button to scroll through the settings, and I think its mode 8, it shows 25kph use + to incrtop speed or - to lower top speed, press +- together again to lock the settings.

Bonjour, ce vélo électrique étant équipé d'une batterie 36V, la batterie ne peut pas être changée en 48V.
