U can detach saronir and dump regained and activate it at the end cause of beast

I thought he was a kind of staple that could be summoned in any deck like baronne or sp/ip.

He’s a bit more specific to get out than baronne and sp but def has staple potential if enough space is allocated to make him work

Does thunder sea horse effect to discard and search trigger thunder dragon colossus summoning condition?

it does but you cant special summon the turn you activate the effect, so you wouldn't be able to summon colossus
