Has some similarities to Sprawlopolis with the overlaying of cards and optimizing the visible areas. But, here every turn you start with one fresh card and the theme is fantasy and not "city building".

I really wanted to back this but the thing with small time creators is they tend to lose the master files and now unless someone scans in the cards, it is forever impossible to produce this game.
