I’ve been following you with this picture. Very beautiful 🤩. But I do have a question, how do you flatten that spine? I’m struggling with and can’t get into that seam. Help if you can. Thank you for your work.

Hi hun. I just open the book yo the centre and run a closed fist up and down the spine, seems to work ok. Just be careful if you have the US version as the binding can come loose 😊

Oh thank you. For this part I just wanted bright and colourful, but not too many different colours. I tried to keep to shades of pink, green blue and orange so it will go well with the upcoming background 😁

I wish my book would lay flat like this. One of the stingrays at the top is folded into the seam. I don’t know why American colouring books are so bad. I am going to order from the UK I wish I had. Plus the have the correct spelling too. I would think that they would sell them here in Canada. We spell colour with a U. ❤❤❤😊 Also I noticed that the space seems smaller to colour in. I followed along using polys.

Yeah my book doesn’t start out flat but it flattens nicely as I start to colour. I did purchase a US edition once and the binding came undone after the first pic. I now always purchase UK copies if they’re available. I have no idea why they can’t make the binding the same. I have also noticed the pictures can be a little more zoomed in or out in the different editions.

You would think that this day in age that they had better binding. I really noticed the size of print when you coloured you have more room left and I been following pretty closely. Not exactly but pretty close. The spaces are pretty tight. I love following your videos as I am the worst when choosing colours. I feel bad for copying as we were taught that was wrong, but it’s a way of learning I think. ❤❤❤ thanks for your great work. And it’s amazing that we are half a world away. 🇨🇦

Yeah I don’t know why the US copies seem more zoomed in. Aww it’s not copying, it’s all learning and practicing and that’s exactly why these videos are here to be replicated 😁
