I love the Rita Berman books. What kind of paper do you use to separate the pages with soft pastels? Live your coloring, as well as your frequent use of the Albrecht Dürers.

Thank you for your pick! I love her books too!! At the moment I just use normal thin copy paper, however it will eventually make the book quite thick. It may be worth considering baking paper or tracing paper - they would work well too. 🤗💗

Oh my goodness, so many wonderful choices. I understand how you have to be in the mood to color certain pages. So if it tickles your fancy, I would love to see color a longs in: Enchanted Earth, the bathtub scene. Circle of life, the seahorses. Mythographic Wild Summer, the pig flying with the balloons. There seems to be a theme with this seasons picks - revisiting books you haven’t touched since 2022! 😂😊 I’d love to see a colour along from mythographic wild summer and romantic country (specifically the girl walking towards the cottage in the forest!) so many untouched books you’ve picked out to colour are also untouched in my collection! My first choice is either of the pages in Nelco Neco's book. I would love to see you do the campfire page. I love both of these pages and have looked at doing either of them the last couple summers but never did them. I think I am intimidated on how to do the campfire. Would love to see how you tackle this. I would love to see you do the bee page and how to color honeycomb in the Wild Summer book as well. The Labyrinth book also. I have this one and really like it, but am a bit intimidated to color in it for some reason. Either of the little girl pages in the first Romantic Country would be great, too. Which pastel do you use and how you avoid to be messy? I saw some videos of the use of pastel and looks messy, and also how to avoid to one page with pastel to accidentally "paint" the one in front? Sorry, so many questions. I love your channel❤

I usually use Faber Castell soft pastels but also have Arrtx. I feel using blending tools such as those for pan pastel reduces the mess. However, soft pastel will always be messy sadly. I use a mini desk vacuum to get rid of excess dust from soft pastel. Place a paper on opposite page to avoid it going on next page. Use eraser to rub off any soft pastel that has gone somewhere you don’t want. And then use a fixative at the end to make sure it does transfer at the end. Hope this helps 🤗💗

Oh boy! That is going to be a long list to type up....I will soon be releasing completed pages with my Japanese books so hopefully that will help. But if you search for the artists by name, you will likely get all their books. So the artists I have books of are: Eriy, Kanoko Egusa, Nelco Neco, Tokimeku coloring book series (which has the artists like Makiko Inatome, Sayuri Kobayashi, Cotolie, Mona), Ken Matsuda...Hope this helps you and it will likely lead you to other coloring books you will recognise covers of I hope. 🤗💗
