The Cherry Baked Pie Filing reminds me of Empire Cakes, which are called Empire Cakes in Canada but you have go find a Scottish Baker and they cost a fortune. I do love them. I don't know if being able to draw them is a good thing or a bad. Must say the Jam Tart Pie Filling looks more like Jelly to me. Jelly, not to be confused with the UK version of Jelly, a North American concoction which is a cheaper version of jam. I prefer jam!

Arteza coloured pencils are so good aren’t they. I’d also love a conversion chart as everyone seems to use Prismacolours. I was going to buy a set of 150 off Amazon £119. But I bought myself another set of 120 Arteza instead as I’ve yet to have a bib break whilst colouring or sharpening- I do wish there was some lighter shades of each colour especially the blues like Prismacolours have, but I get amazing results with Arteza so sticking with these for now xx

I had to giggle at your comments about buckeyes! I live in Ohio and we are known as the Buckeye State! They are everywhere here! We even have a dessert made from peanut butter dipped in chocolate that is named after the buckeye. I've been a lurker of your channel for a while now and want to thank you for all that you do! I say, absolutely capital! The sweet symphony of this video took me on a odyssey like no other. Personally, I never knew I could find such an interest in colour, but your topping video malformed my mind. Rummy how this world works, eh? Chappies find themselves afeared of scrawny little blighters with no knickerbockers, seeing themselves run like raisins at the sight of creamed cabbage and all that. Coves and their flannel know better, eh? You’ve indeed sprung a nifty out of nowhere, old egg, and perhaps scored an albatross. Pity I must be off for now, cheerio, young plum!

I'm excited you're thinking about doing an Arteza conversion chart as I have a full Arteza set, but not a full set of Prismas, so it would be the first I've seen and make following many tutorials A LOT easier! I hope your family is healthy and happy and that all is well in your neck of the woods.P.S. I LOVE Kitkats, but I'll pass on olives, stuffed or not🤣😘

I love these books. There's been one on my Christmas list for the last few years. Nice to know there's a new one to go on this year. The jam tart is so good I want to eat it. I love the mask. You should wear it. My logo is pretty, I should get a mask made with it on. Hadn't thought about that.

Hi Claire, I’ve just discovered these books and was so pleased to find that you have reviewed all 4 books. I recognised a few of your tutorial on these reviews, which you demo so perfectly your a really good tutor and since finding my love for colouring only last month 18th April. I have now bought the majority of Kerby Rosance books. I was wondering which of these special effect books would you recommend as a favourite of yours. I’m currently working my way through Worlds within Worlds and was wanting to do a page with a lot of metal and another with crowns and Gems would book 1 be best for me to buy to suit my needs. I’m going to eventually get all 4 books but can’t afford them all at once - is there a particular book that covers gems/jewels and various metal effects or are they in different books. Amazing flip through and explanations on all your 4 videos. Thanks for sharing, also does a new book come out each year if so when is number 5 due out? Xxx

I'm going to buy all 4. These look great. So many coloured pencil manuels I've bought are far too advanced and wordy so I don't use them. These look so fun and with practice could easily be achieved. I hope though you don't have to use prismacolors as I don't want to buy those

My goodness I've left several comments on this video lol. Im usually never this talkative. Anyway I've never heard it called a conker before, or seen that type. The Buckeyes we have in the eastern US have a smooth round meaty pod and grow in pairs of 2 or sometimes 3. The Buckeyes themselves are very round sometimes with a flat side if they have been smooshed against another one in the pod. They are very smooth and shiny, and very dark brown. They almost look like dark brown glass. The eye is very pale tan colored. I have always been told that one side is poison and one side isn't and only animals can smell to figure out which is which. I dont think it's really true, just an old tale. Under a buckeye tree you will always find many many that are only half eaten. I think that's where it comes from.

Lol the sugar coated chocolate is M&M's smarties are a powdered candy that's pressed into a tablet and sold in rolls. You will have to educate me sometime about things in the UK if I ever have a question, I'll ask you first! Lol

@@Dekulover3065 In Germany they are called Smarties too. However they started selling M&Ms here some time ago. They kinda look the same, but there are a few slight differences. I used to crunch down lots of Smarties when I was a kid, but nowadays I think the M&Ms have conquered us
