You had a busy morning. Happy you saved the fishies. We had a stressful morning too. We have 7 turtles. One of our aquatic one who is the smallest went missing. He is 4 inches and is in a tank about 5 feet from the ground. We did find him in our family room, which is downstairs from his tank. He somehow got out of his tank, down the shelf and down the stairs. And he is absolutely fine thank god. We were so happy we found him. ❤️

Hey Allie. I hope your fish are ok. When I was little we had 4 fish tanks and a pond in the garden. All started from myself bringing home a goldfish that I had won at the fairground. 😄 One of our fishes called Oscar was huge and we use to hand feed her ( yes she was a girl) prawns and lettuce. Awe I used to have over 10 tanks ! I bred angelfish , discus and bristle nose places ! Several more but I love all water babies .. and just dipping myself into making a plant scape is my relaxation. It's been years since I've had one I had the bright lights co2 for plants *( diy !) I would sell my love plants and my babys when they were big enough : )) just love aquariums and fishes !! I'm a new colourpop customer and I agree, they launch new products way too close together. I was able to snag the mulan palette from the last restock, which surprised me bc it sells out every time it's back in stock, and I really love it. I absolutely adore ancient history ❤️❤️❤️. Most fun stuff to study. I agree re ColourPop. I don’t even buy their stuff and it’s still tiring me out to see them release so much stuff😩. OMG. You’re reading my mind. I’ve always said we should learn practical skills in school. Taxes, banking, household budgeting, cooking and other life skills (particularly for boys who often don’t even know how to iron their clothes). We should definitely be teaching kids about our political systems and how they work because a lot of people have no understanding and therefore cannot vote properly. Learning more esoteric subjects is for college level when you can choose how far you want to go on a particular subject. We should definitely learn critical thinking! It would probably help us to avoid so many idiots believing rubbish someone like Donald Trump puts out. Critical thinking helps you understand what you’re being told and judge whether it is believable or not. Anyway I always wished this is what they had taught me in school instead of Pythagoras theorem which I have literally never used since leaving school! I love both looks but the ballad palette is my favourite 😍.

I agree with the school system.. we’re close in age and everything has changed so dramatically and what about teaching kids in school about being a parent or the judicial system and the laws required to follow .. they don’t teach the things that are vital for the young adults to know .. and kids don’t know hard work they only know electronics which is ass backwards.. they took god out of schools as well .. how ridiculous! I totally agree math not my thing but I’m a total history and science nerd lol ! I crave the knowledge of our history it’s just so fascinating! Thank you for the video !

Put me in a Geography or History class and I’m there on time, fully involved, ready for learning. Put me in a math class and I’m barely on time, struggling, and ready to end it all. I despise math with a passion. History was my major in college. I love it! I’m right there with you! I’m 33 and when I was in high school, we took a semester of Economics but it was just stock market stuff and business stuff. I feel like our generation was taught to become essential workers: first responders, nurses, doctors, teachers, dentists, etc. But the new generation is taught to become billionaires. Like what?! I have a nursing degree but I’m in retail management. Like... what happened... 😂😂😂😂😂 Btw, I love both of your eye looks. Like wow! I was dying when you chose the two that I love the most. Ballad is super pretty. I was excited for Amor until I swatched the glitter and I was sad. I hate it. Cherish is similar to the Wine palette. Lyric was, and still is, sold out. I don’t have it. I’m a few years older than you and yes I remember home ec & wood shop! Useless, I don’t cook, clean, sew or have anything to do with sharp stuff. I can’t draw a straight line, even with a ruler, if my life depended on it. I sewed a busted ass pillow with a crooked bear that had the pillow stuffing oozing out of it and in wood I made a lopsided step stool and a clock that broke before I gave it to my mom so my dad had to fix it and said, what did you do?!! Totally agree with colourpop and their releases. My issue with them is they consistently do not release things for deeper skin tones. You can release a collection every other day yet still repackage the same blushes no one with deeper skin can use. The animal crossing collection could have been done so more better. There’s no depth.

We require students to take economics and personal finance. But 11th graders don’t care and therefore don’t remember. They come back and say they remember taking the class, but that they didn’t care at the time and now wish they had. Our algebra classes taught exponential growth that helps with savings and retirement accounts.

Thank goodness it was only a 10 gallon! I am 46 and we were taught how to do taxes and Wright checks, balance our bank account. We had to have a partner so it was a husband and wife and we did it together. It was helpful for sure. I have complained a lot that my kids didn’t have any of that! As far as the base classes for an AA before your bachelors is a bunch of BS money grab! Thankfully my oldest did a tech school for diesel mechanics. Because of your generation and those after those trades are having difficulty finding people.
