I like the Never Naughty quad. Colour Pop has the best customer service! When I ordered Frida, I order 7 other lippies. One of my lippie stix (Rocket) came in with the tip broken off. I emailed their customer service and sent them a picture of it. They replied "oh no! What a sad lippie" and they are sending another one out, no questions asked, no jumping through hoops. They were so sweet and made it so easy! I have a list of what I'm ordering next so I'll have to add a quad to it!

I agree! They sent me 2 lippie pencils instead of 2 lippie stix and they sent me the 2 lippie stix, no questions asked! They rock! And then they apologized by giving me a $10 off code

Hi Dani. This comment has nothing to do with this video, It's more of an update to yesterday's video. Since I don't want you to disqualify me, I'll tell you here ; ) So, i told you about the stray my husband n I rescued from the cold here in DFW, well, That thought of giving stayed with me all day today. Both my husband and I work at Costco, and every year they give all their employees a turkey, since we only really needed one, I was going to have the company donate mine to a family in need. But today, I had an even better idea, a vendor I work with has an enormous family. He and his wife have 4 kids, and are fostering another 7, totaling 11 kids. I asked him if his family would want the turkey and he was almost in tears that I would think of them. That feeling of giving without wanting anything in return was BEAUTIFUL. Thank you for putting that thought in my head.

I am lusting over both quads, they're just...beautiful. For Nix the Nice i think putting the silver all over the lid and the red/pink in the corner would be stunning, and the use the black and copper together. With Never Naughty, the white-ish color and lavender would look great together and the silver and blues would be a beautiful look. But really all of the colors compliment each other. You know you need something when you're already planning how to use it! I would love to have the set of six too, but I want the quads more, they took my breath away. For a lip lover I'm surprised I didn't jump all over the lippies! Maybe it's because I'll be buying Frida soon ;) and I have too many reds. I know what I'm telling people I want for Christmas!

I must brag about Frida! I bought 3 sets; I am colored like you, my daughter-in-law is reddish brown with green eyes, fair skin with some freckles, and my daughter is blonde, with blue eyes and very fair skin. Frida looks different but BEAUTIFUL on all 3 of us! It pulls different colors on each so it doesn't look like we all have on the same color. Now we need some of these le sets, too! I know you said that they were damaged during shipping but to me that just looks scary. I wouldn't want to purchase and have them falling apart or stuck on the lid. The Lippies look great though.

an easy way to fix it is a little bit of alcohol and smush it back in, but idk how safe that is for your eyes.... I would be scared too!

It's weird that her's were damaged, my eyeshadows came wrapped in ALL types of bubble wrap it was a little obnoxious.. but i see why they do it, Their shadows are so soft...

iloveturkey4 It is completely safe to use alcohol because it just acts as a solvent, it evaporates very quickly ( extremely volatile). By the time it is dried, there is no alcohol left in the eyeshadow :D

iloveturkey4 I wouldn't recommend alcohol on these shadows, because it may dry them out. Squishing them back down would be the best bet to not ruin the shadow.

Oh.... these holiday shadows are soooo beautiful!!! I need them all! I am afraid for the quads to arrive broken... they look like they had a rough ride. Maybe ColourPop will see these and package the quads better.

***** I have ordered from them before too. I don't think the packaging in general is the problem. But these quads have 4 pots in a box clashing against each other with no cushion. That's a problem. The set if six has a hole for each pot in the box, but the quads don't.
