This year, I've started working out pretty hard-core. I'm doing yoga and pilates at home (who knew pilates doesn't actually require massive pieces of equipment?) and have one or two pole dancing classes a week. I love it! I'm a terrible dancer but it's so fun. I have finally, after years, found exercise that I enjoy. And I haven't lost a single damn pant size. But I feel stronger, I breathe easier, I can do more things. I'm trying to focus on how my body feels and not how it looks and girl, it feels good.

Finally someone I know has done a swatch video for this collection! They need to support you, your videos for their releases are the best! I wish you had all the lips and jelly shadows, there are still some colors I would want to see! I just wish the plum/teal duochrome, they need to stop with that. I have it in 3 of their palettes, at least lol I wasn’t allowed to be any kind of emo growing up, and I lived through my friend’s MySpace page lol And I also responded to the squeezy tube comment! I would hope they do that too in the future. Hocus Pocus 2 honestly wasn’t that bad. The end seemed a little rushed until Winnie’s speech, I loved that! And I’m also excited about Midnights ahhhh And I have a dairy sensitivity, so I do a lot of non-dairy stuff but I can still have lactose.

Hi Shae! I have also struggled with weight. I started following a PCOS friendly diet and fitness (I’m not diagnosed but figured why not) and finally started seeing results. I learned that too much cardio stresses the body out too much and doesn’t allow your body to lose weight. I was shocked! Wishing you a baby soon ❤

positive that colourpop hired a new PR manager and instituted some arbitrary rule about who gets full collections (i.e. only insta creators with over 100k followers, or x amount of engagement). i doubt they watch people's youtube review videos anymore, they are too big and too corporatized at this point, i am sure they only measure things and make decisions quantitatively not qualitatively. "limiting waste" is an absolute bs excuse from a company that releases collections weekly, and "sending to people who use colourpop often" is just code for people with high engagement/reach/stats. that's why you got left out for awhile until you reached out - because i'm sure whoever was in charge didn't even know or care that you do full live swatching videos.

Babe , you are so beautiful no matter the weight. The mean things other people say about our weights is their own insecurities coming out. They’re not nice people. I struggle with loving my body too since I have body dysmorphia and history with ED, but I have someone who reminds me often that we are still beautiful and deserving of love no matter how much we weigh. Don’t listen to the haters and keep doing what you’re doing in a healthy way to get where you want. But know that you’re still beautiful and valid either way. ❤❤❤

💪💪 ok, I NEVER comment this much, but we are the same age, so when I hear you say you are busting you butt on the treadmill and you don't see a change. I HAVE to tell you... I've gone on and off different workout plans and I PROMISE you, cardio does NOTHING for some people. I HAVE to lift weights and train with the boys to see any changes in my body, but I got back down to my highschool weight, but Way more toned and KEPT the fat off and the muscle on after having a baby by lifting weights for about 2 months. Before that, I tried cycling and cardio and I didn't lose weight at all! Your body burns more calories when you have more muscle in your body, even when you are sleeping!! You can do it!! You are beautiful now and you'll be beautiful every step of the way! Just be healthy and happy above all else!! ❤️

I highly doubt you’ll ever see this Shae but losing weight is really hard and it took me literal months to see improvements so please just be patient and proud of yourself in the meantime. Definitely try rowing if you can because that made a huge difference for me working out and seeing progress. BUT. I’ve also noticed that your throat looks larger than it used to (maybe it’s just that you’re losing weight in your face?) and I would highly recommend getting your TSH levels (thyroid stimulating hormone) checked. And just be aware that you cannot take any biotin supplements or have anything with biotin or other B vitamins for at least two weeks before a TSH blood test. Biotin (and sometimes other B vitamins depending on the lab apparently) interferes with thyroid tests and will artificially lower your numbers substantially (so if your TSH is actually high it’ll look normal). It’s also recommended to get your TSH checked first thing in the morning for the most accurate numbers. But just please consider getting your thyroid checked because I have been thinking that your neck looks enlarged or like you might have a slight goiter for your past couple of videos and then when you mentioned having trouble losing weight it immediately made me think that you might be dealing with hypothyroidism. This comment may be entirely unhelpful tbh but I wanted to leave this comment just like if there’s even an off chance that it does help you out? Love you Shae and I downloaded some more of your podcasts just now, I hope it helps you out!! ❤️

I wasn’t seeing great results from a treadmill either. Switched to walking outside at a local park and it made a huge difference. I think there’s something about bereathimg fresh air, or maybe just walking forward instead of in-place, that seems to work better for some folks. But I know that not everyone has the luxury to feel safe walking outdoors, but if you can get together with a pal then maybe try walking outdoors and see if you get better results. I think the most important thing is just that you are motivated and moving your body daily/weekly, because that’s the hardest part of starting a new healthy habit, keeping consistent in doing the activity. I am also on a fitness journey currently and I struggle with making time every day to walk or workout 😆 but knowing that someone else is on the journey too helps to motivate me.

I like this collection, I love silvers, grays & purples but I don't need it, on an almost no buy (I may get it on sale one day). This is the prettiest set of jelly much but I don't really like them. Like liquid shadows I feel the coolness of alcohol the whole time I have it on. You can wear that purple to a wedding lol, I wouldn't think twice about it. I didn't really hear opinions on Hocus Pocus 2. I watched it with my friend and it was cute. Girl... there are tons of dairy free products, give them a try! My fave is silk plain soy creamer. I get confused when people say they are lactose intolerant so they can't have ice cream There's tons of amazing plant based ice creams.
