I feel like cowgirl glam is something very Midwest and South lol I know a lot of people who would love this. Not my style but I think it’s a nice different release from CP. I’m also annoyed CP does that teal/red duochrome in every palette. They need to do something interesting with duochromes like the one in the Limoncello palette. I have Smoke N Roses, and literally I’d probably only be missing that bright pink shade. Which I have somewhere else lol

I wish there was a pop of sky blue, I feel like that would fit in with wide open space/midwest ranch vibe while adding a little more diversity to the palette

It makes me sad that I haven’t been excited for a colourpop release in like a year 😩 I’m too poor to be buying something that is just ‘okay’ to me. But what I do get excited for is Amanda’s videos on the colourpop releases😂

Hi Amanda, thanks again for all the work you do, especially the comparisons. For some reason I can’t explain, even though rationally I can see the palette is neutral with pops of pink, I was drawn to the color story. You just saved me and my low buy some coin because I just pulled out my Nude Mood and Ooh La La palettes and will get this one out of my system by playing with those for a bit. Not gonna lie though- the video rekindled my desire for the Smoke and Roses so I’m off to search for your video about that one because I do think I’ve got something in my collection to calm me down. 😀

I've already very much appreciated the way you swatch the sol liquid products. I can't imagine how difficult it must be to get good shots that actually translate well and I've definitely seen some who suffer with the struggle 😅

As a Cowgirl from the Pacific Northwest, the Naked Wild West was more my vibe. I don't wear pink and I've plenty of neutrals already. But it is a cute palette!

I know this theming will speak to some people, but WHEW... I can't think of a less appealing concept for me. That said, I'm tempted by that hot hot pink blush, though I wonder how it compares to some of their more recent bright pink blushes. This one seems the most vibrant?

This collection is so cute! Even though the color story isn't the most unique to my collection I still want it! We just had our fourth child and his name is Marshall meaning master of horses! So I'm all about this!!

I was that 4H horse girl who would have shown up with glitter had I known you could put it on your face & body in the 80s lol. I was punky funky and lived for horses in my teens through college. I would have had that hot pink on my eyes at 4H meetings. I am more of an English & Dressage girl, western isn't my thing. I do think teen me would have loved this color set. Even though I don't wear these types of colors now, they are really pleasing and I think they did a great job with the pinks & browns/neutrals combo.

I think it would be interesting if CP would make more unique duochromes like what you see coming from some of the new indie brands..I don't mind the color stories I'd just like to see some more boldness and depth from the brand..great review Amanda as always!

This is why I absolutely LOVE and appreciate these videos! I am a farm/horsey gal and love pink shadows. I was planning on buying the palette and bright blush. After seeing the comparisons, I know I have the shades in Smoke n Roses and can save some money. I'll still get the fun blush and then I'll have the horsey packaging in my collection ☺️🐴

I really fell in love with it when I first saw it cos hot pink and warm chestnut browns are one of my absolute favorite combos and I can see multiple looks automatically that I would do. The only one of the comparison palettes I have is Smoke N Roses which "feels" very different to me.

I love the packaging of this collection as I grew up in the equestrian world. I wish I still had horses but my sister does, so that’s the next best thing❤️ The color story in the palette looks so pretty to me! I love that there are no pressed glitter shades. I can totally see some competitive western riders actually getting use out of this palette! Equestrian events like western pleasure and barrels racing give you room to deck you and your horse out in your own “team” colors. Pink and tan/brown is still popular for the midwest and south for the country glam look, esp in things like western riding circles Im sure colourpop could actually market this to riders.

The packaging is extremely cute, and yes, I am a Kacey Musgraves fan and appreciate a glamourous country music moment. I'm not a pink eye shadow girl and have plenty of similar shades, but I appreciate what the color story. The murky duochrome could be a lot, lot better. Burn Card is amazing, and would definitely be risky on my skin, but I'd consider it.

I have a friend who has and trains horses; I might pick up a few of these items just for the theme for her at some point and I like the glitter with the stars too… otherwise, mostly a pass for me. But, you know, at least it’s a slightly different theme than usual, even if it doesn’t speak to me. As others have said, I’m much more interested in the Odin’s Eye collection!

I was thinking the same. It looks like sticky candy residue. If it was maybe some nudish base for fair and gold and bronze for tan and deep skin it would be pretty for summer . Pretty packaging and theme though

I like the fresh kiss lip lacquer but the one that i have leaks out and It becomes sticky and a mess over my bag so i won't repurchase that item until they fix ir change the component :(

I kinda wish they’d slow down the new releases and actually restock their collections every once and a while. It’s a cute collection. I like the blushes, lips and the shimmers in the palette, but I do find the whole package a little “meh.” Been done to death.

Man, it's so cute, yet no real appeal to me. The pink and brown feels great for a daily sort of cutsey style, but the brighter pink isn't for me and seems recycling Barbie palette colors. I have the rosé palette for pinks that I think work on me. Used to know more horse girls who would likely like this, but not any more.
