I tried it today and loved it !!! Use exact same measurements.. I used 1 kg rice measured and same ingredients..(I added more puffed rice though) like in video and it came out really good . Thank you so much sir … very generous of you to share the recipe

Ingredients for Dosa batter ; Raw rice 1 Kg Puffed Rice 1 cup Urad dal 100 grams Maida - 200 grams Methi seeds 1 tsp *Soak above ingredients for 5 - 6 hours *Grind to smooth and allow batter 8 hours for fermentation. salt to taste, mix batter well.
