Ingredients for Biryani Masala Powder :
Cinnamon - 2 inch
Pepper - 2 tbsp
Lavanga - 15
cardamom - 8-10
Marati Moggu - 4
Jakai - small piece
Star Anise - 2
Jeera - 1/2 tbsp
Fennel Seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Jaypatre - 2-3
Coriander seeds - 3 tbsp
Guntur chilly - 4
black stone flower - 1 tsp

Ingredients Green Masala for biryani :
Oil - 2 tbsp
Green chillies - 5
Mint Leaves - 1 hand full
Coriander seeds - 1 hand full
Ingredients for Biryani :
Oil - 100 ml
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
Star Anise - 1
Bay Leaves - 2
Kasturi methi -1 tbsp
Chopped Onion -1
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Tomato - 2
Salt
Grinded Green paste
Biryani masala powder - 3 tsp
Water - 750 Ml

Sooper ಅಣ್ಣ Mushroom wash First wash in dish with water neat Secound wash squeeze 1/2 lemon and wash neat Third if u want cut remove stem remove first layer if need be only If big size cut into four Biryani Masala Powder 2 inch chakke 2 tsp pepper 15 Lavanga 1/2 tsp yellaki 8-10 piece Marati Moggu 4 Jakai small piece Ananas hoovu Star flower cut 4 piece or full 2 1/2 tsp jeerige 1/2 tsp sompu Jaypatre 2-3 yesalu Dhaniya 3 tsp Guntur chilly 3-4 Kallu hoovu 1 tsp Pullav yele 4-5 Fry in pan low sim Once Roasted good smell will come Now cool and Grind Mushroom biryani preparation Take big pan Oil Green chillies 4-5 1 hidi ಹಿಡಿ pudina Soppu 1 hidi ಹಿಡಿ kottambari Soppu Fry well maintain colour Grind well mixie to paste Cooker 100grms oil Little sompu 1 Star flower 2 pulav yele Little Kasturi methi or 1 hidi ಹಿಡಿ Menthya Soppu One onion cut 1 tsp ginger Garlic paste 2 tomato Little salt Grinded paste Boil well oil should leave slowly Add 3 tsp biryani masala powder Water as per Rice qty taken and type of Rice Boil well Now add Mushroom this helps the size of mushroom to remain same One boil ಕುದಿ add rice If need be squeeze Lemon no need as tomato is there Curds if you want 2-3tsp ghee if you want Check salt need be add Mix well it helps talla hidiyalla Close lid cooker 1 whistle slow sim gas stove
