Super great recipe...lot of people do not no the value of palak Orr soppu...fo them this is an excellent way to COMPENSATE...GREATJOB THANKSOMUCH😊❤
I have done this recipe today and it came out very nicely. Thank you. Also I have not added onion and garlic. The basic ingredients remain same. Added doddapatre instead of Palak. Tomato made it into a purée. The flavour was awesome. 15/5/2024.

Palak pallav in 4 steps. Saute and grind masala paste.. saute 1tsp oil .. 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp sompu , ginger, few garlic,2 chilli , 1/2 cut palak, coconut, coriander leaves, turmeric, salt... pinch sugar, gasagasa .. water paste 2 ... 2 tsp oil, bay leaf, cinamon, cloves...sompu...wait till aroma comes...then add 3...1 onion... palak paste ..cook rawness goes....2 minutes 4... 1 Tomato... pinch chilli powder, 1/2 tsp garam Masala Vegetables carrot, beans, batani 6..... 2 Water...or overnight white chick peas tofu can be used
