Hey guys! We’re back home and today is Beatles Wednesday!! We first played this one in July 2020. So hard to believe that was almost 5 years ago! I think they’ve gotten a little better since then and I KNOW they’ve gotten a lot taller. 😊 We hope you enjoy it! This is Colt Clark and the Quarantine Kids playing, “Taxman” by The Beatles.

Hello everyone! We're the Clark family. Colt (the dad) is a professional musician and Aubree (me, the mom behind the camera) is a photographer. Together we home school our three children. To keep busy during the shutdown we started learning and recording a new song every other day to share with our friends and family. We love playing music and spending time together as a family. Hopefully these songs brighten your day!

I'm a 66-year-old guitar player who has played this song live on stage and this sounded really good and as a guitar player I couldn't help but notice that Cash nailed the solo.

How any person can’t love this it’s beyond me !! This family is just bubbling with talent,they have covered nearly every single genre of music and might I say with pinpoint accuracy from the drums to the lead guitar along with dad belting out the lyrics,then a very spunky young lady who is multi talented in her own right can play several different instruments and she is always happy and brings fun to the song !! Thank You Clark Family Band for making me smile with delight !!

In April of 1966, George Harrison wrote "Taxman" ..........ironically those lyrics remain true to this day!!

Good job as always. ! Like the accompanying vocals love the very authentic guitar riff ! I was at school in London Uk when this came out, we were living through the time of the Prime Ministers mentioned, Mr Wilson & Mr Heath,…Takes me right back to my schooldays, when me & my friends had photos of the Beatles sellotaped to underside of the lids of other old wooden desks. I feel very privileged to have been alive at the time of the 1960’s to experience the very start of the Beatles, The Rolling Stones, & so many others who came along at that time & after,….. It was a VERY special time in England…🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧
