I have 2nd gen DS. I love the little thing, factory wood grips not pearl. Just can't help thinking what Patton said about pearl handled guns.

Kept a Magnum Carry and gave away gen 3 DS and Cobra to nephews and sold a 4th gen DS. Have a couple of S&W J s as well. Great pocket sized, iwb, ankle carry and outside belt guns to be with you at all times, your Grandad had it right.

Not made for +P. Shrouded models only they are even limited to less than 1000 +P rounds before sending to colt as recommended
