Shane Steichen is one of my favorite coaches of all time coming as a Charger fan! He knows how to scheme his wrs open, very creative playcalling and hes not afraid to take shots or chunk plays. Colts fans should be excited for his offense!

This show is the best because he just talks to people like a regular person would and not feeding the written questions from a producer. And he has more than 3 min to talk to ppl. Just this interview alone is longer than some shows. Real people like real people. If you are fake the other fake people will play along but the real ones will smell ya immediately.

I think that’s a big reason why they hired him -They didn’t think all that much about Sirianni + the Eagles offense didn’t do much with Sirianni calling the plays then they took off once Steichen started. Also when he left the Colts for the Eagles the Colts’ offense didn’t change much at all.

@@DarkEoqzy Gannon wasn't as good at DC as people wanna believe. That solid defense covered & hid a lot of his mistakes. Wanna example, go watch the Superbowl again. Specifically the 2nd half. As for the Steichen, yeah that hurts. The problem though, almost anyone is replaceable. As much as it pains me to say it, cause I liked a lot of the players we lost, most of them were replaceable & a lot of them were really replaceable. As for the OC & DC, they're no different.

Great interview discussion, well done all. Considering the enormous effort that goes into selecting the best talent, it should be obvious to allow, facilitate and encourage that talent to be the best they can be. Some coaches do this to some extent but others are less inclined towards this and dictate terms schemes more. I am very much a dictate terms coach and find it difficult to not micromanage. I wonder where Steichen is on this spectrum. Where do you think your head coach is?

Pat does an amazing job of presenting a question, framing it, the context of where the question is coming from. Without making the question a trap. If that makes sense. Just a beautiful natural interviewer. Scott Adkins (actor/stuntman/producer) has a youtube channel where he interviews action stars and stuntmen. He has a similar type of connection with his guests. Love the work, thanks for the product! So much better than just about everything in the sports world since shout shows and loud opinions took over way back in the day. And refuse to die.

For the draft spectacular we gotta get Angel Reese versus Caitlin Clark 1 on 1 on the Thunderdome court. First to 5. That would SKYROCKET views having them do a 1 on 1 battle for charity and then sticking around to watch the NFL draft with the boys. Of course their prices just went up but make it happen Pat!. Would love to see some ladies join you guys in watching the draft! Would also be fun if Angel and Caitlin wanted to team up and vs some of the boys in basketball too. Maybe a 3pt competition🤔. Could even lower the rim for everyone and have a Dunk competition too. So much room for activities.
