I worked in printing for 35 years. We printed the little booklets for Columbia House! I spent many hrs working on this!

@Nofrillsasmr it was great back in the day. I was a camera/4c scanner operator. I had to shoot all the artwork for them. I miss printing. Computers helped, but also hurt. My company closed after 75 years. Booo! Pretty cool you did a video on this. One more thing. I have been a Browns fan for 55 years now. Yes. I am a gluten for punishment. Lol I'm going to skip that video. I know all to well about them lol have a great day!

Columbia House!!!! I remember, especially when I lived in MI in the late 70s. You taped, (yes, Scotch taped!) an actual penny to the form and got 3 vinyl albums with the promise to buy 6 more at the full price. My dad was soooooooo mad! But yeah, I did it once. Not as big a thing when I moved to Cali in 1979.

I think I had most of those CDs at some point. I always forgot to return the form and ended up with all sorts of things. There was another club like Columbia House. BMG or something like that. I was in that one, too.

In college, I subscribed for a year. Then cancelled. But they kept sending every cd. For 2 more years. Never asked for money. Thank you Columbia house !

I ordered from Columbia House in the early 80s. Cassettes and 8 track tapes. Yes they were located in Terre Haute IN. For $1 you could order a bunch of cassettes, records or 8 tracks. Every month I get more and more. I liked the club. Eventually they just stopped doing that.
