Columbia River floating home with concrete float and slip ownership!

Floaty friends! Tomahawk Island Moorage is a great moorage. Well managed, cool people, nicely kept homes. Located on Hayden Island in Portland Oregon on the Columbia River. This house is river facing and has a CONCRETE float.That is a big deal. Finding a floating home with a concrete float is hard to come by and the fact that you own your slip here and forgeddaboutit.
