It’s been 25 years since two senior students entered Colorado’s Columbine high school and opened fire, killing a teacher and 12 fellow students.
At that time, the kind of violence at a school was unthinkable. But Columbine wasn’t America’s first mass school shooting, nor would it be its last.
Since Columbine in 1999, there have been 400 school shootings across the U.S.
As Caryn Lieberman reports, U.S. lawmakers have struggled in the intervening years to pass stricter firearm laws and reduce gun violence.

In China 🇨🇳, violent crimes are usually committed by the state, not individuals. Victims of violence are by the thousands. - Examples are: Tibetans in Tibet, Uyghurs in Xinjiang, Tiananmen Square, and Falun Gong.

Fun fact: Venezuela has had a complete ban on firearms for civilians since 2012, yet their murder rate is 6 times higher per capita than the gun crazed United States. How is that even possible?

It's very simple , They banned them but they certainly couldn't remove them from circulation...If they prohibited them here too, we would all happily continue to keep the ones we already have.Plenty enough to continue killing ourselves as we do.Instead of comparing ourselves with Venezuela, let's look at civilized Europe!

@@JJUnohu We can't do that anymore because it's virtually impossible to accumulate enough capital to do so, and it IS impossible in many cases to compete with the cost efficiency of the borderline monopolies (antitrust laws my @ss.) that control most industries.

I worked over fifty hours a week for fifteen years, living small and frugal....saving.....opened my own business......now I employ over twenty people, pay a good wage and have a very successful business.....saved more, reinvested and leveraged my assets and bought investment properties that provide affordable housing for a dozen people and appreciate in value, securing my retirement and a future for my kids......and I didn't even graduate from high school....

A population that has the right to keep and bear arms is an excellent deterrent to violent tyrannical rule. The only reason the state wants you to register private property is so that they have the ability to later seize it unjustifiably (like they are trying to do here in Canada)
