been to that beach..water nice and warm and people freindly there but road tough. And loads of homes for sale nearby.. Three different developments of homes already built. But.. the ones right there can be warm, though they have solar water heaters already. Best fix for heat problem would be to add Roof Vent Windows as high as possible as design of homes is capturing the heat..

Hi Claudia, love this video! I was in Jamaica for 3 weeks and just got back. We have a house in Drax Hall Manor and visited Columbus Cove Beach...stunning! Are there any more lots for sale in the community you drove through? I love Drax Hall Manor but would be nice to have a piece of land that was larger and able to build something from scratch and customize to our liking. Thanks and love your videos!!
