Using Bricks as cover for footing is not accepted. We in fact removed it before concreting. The monolithic concrete element is been compromised with this practice. We intentionally played it here. Mr. Ganeshkumar, noted and asked about it in the first minute itself. Very happy about it.

Please tell me which Bricks is the best AAC, Concrete bricks or normal clay bricks

All are fine with different advantages. AAC can be used for framed structures only (lot of strict rules to be followed in Load bearing structure). Fly ash bricks and red bricks are also fine, the primary thing is they should be manufactured well. Kindly check for the standards and strength factors. Water absorption is relatively high in these two.

Good question bro. If sufficient space is not available to provide shuttering and removal of the same, we can use thermocol or tarpad. We use those concepts.

Those joints are weaker points in a stirrup. It is better to rotate those joints. If you have done that differently, during additional load times they may act differently.

Concrete directly contacted with side soil. This is not good practice. Must use side formwork. Kothanar only follow this type of practices to save money. My opinion that's all.
