Thats why i dont play this game anymore. It used to be fun and i used to role play with my brother and fight him in game a few years ago, but then i took a break and came back when Eva came out. I grinded a fair bit and got Eva but then they nerf it so much. I’ve just grinded for how many hours and its meant to be an endgame kaiju so obviously it should still be good, but no they nerf it. I quit after that then i come back and watch a video after a few months and this shit dropped. Devs have always been so stupid with their balancing. They kept nerfing kaiju’s like dest to make the game “fairer” but then bring this ambomination. FDA i respect all the work you have put into the game but its really not worth it imo. I think the reason why rose bio was winning a lot here is the person was trying to face tank the rose bio rather than waiting the leech flower to disappear and since they have very long cooldowns you get an easy chance to kill them. it’s like trying to facetank pre-nerf fbehe with nc healing so the strategy for beating a high lvl rose bio is just walk away and use any ranged attacks your kaiju has until the leech flower disappears bc being able to heal in combat is the most op thing in the entire game and makes you literally unkillable whiles it going

this is why the devs should stop making kaijus with "modes" or secondary movesets. Rose doesnt need traps, they are powerful but rose will do just fine with her basic moveset. alot of the newer kaijus have secondary movesets. eg. Muto prime's parasite mode, ebirahs dance mode switching, etc. Old biollante was so simple yet still a viable kaiju, because she only has 3 melees and one beam, nothing else, they should remove the trap mode for rose, or atleast incorporate some of the traps into the main move set

The biggest problem with Rose Bio before the nerf was her health, even if you could avoid the traps a Rose Bio could have upwards of 6000 HP if using the right build, and not to mention Rose Bio can spam A4 and get a ton of extra damage. EDIT: On Rose’s release day I absolutely demolished a level 46 Ultima with my level 6 Rose

Although the status effects is unbalanced and all but the thing that shocked me the most is 6.3k hp for a 25k G-cell kaiju who nearly has the same hp as a 500k MZ who is clearly much harder to level and grind for as well, which is one of the most bs balancing I've seen in KU, honestly just slightly nerf her status effects (especially her leech) but with a very big nerf on her hp should be enough to put her in her rightful place
