I did a smaller 4x4 version of this in 2018 after Chinooks were added. On top of a hill on the flight line. Windmill would mess the chinook up.

Need to do this again but have the hotel rooms built into the frames under your base have the center at bottom as a community space and donation box for upkeep that pumps up to the top and i have them built middle of the framing going up each side basically 2x1 staggered eith space between but jave those spaces with turrets behind doors and have all on separate electric and some open eith bottom and others with a smart alarm for raid defense and doors close when it goes of i think this would be a cool idea eith a big group for help and the wings can act as shops and then i would semi wall it it be a fun video with tole play also with the hotel rooms maybe have small deck thats off front of each on with ladder hatch it might be hard for some to climb up the jump to the ladder hatch but building a community of new people could be cool video and always makes for fun time i think the design needs to be done again and u can call it the eye in the sky hotel or something in that realm keep up great work and hope you revisit this idea i gave i hope to build a computer soon to finally be able to try things
