thank you for uploading this, i love it. i revisit this video, years later and more often than any other direct version because there's something very powerful about a crowd of people, who deeply understand and respect what's going on, SCREAMING about it while witnessing something for the first time. it makes me extremely emotional

It's a shame that most people who don't understand the restrictions of the hardware won't really appreciate how amazing this is. I showed one of these to my mom years ago that was also amazing and she watched patiently beside me. I was open-jawed throughout and at the end she said, "Oh, that's nice. Do you want chicken or fish for dinner?"

The colours here look much more striking and much better than the C64 direct videos themselves - the palette really stands out, and I prefer it this way.

Only two BASIC commands were used here: LOAD and RUN But it can't be assembly either because everyone knows a C64 can't do all this ;)
