the music in combat initiation is really what makes certain stages feel great to play, if it just used slightly remixed existing songs then it just would not work Crossroads: An amazing introduction, taking classic roblox and scaling it up to 11, Where better to prove this than the track that plays in the background? Chaos Canyon: The chaotic music for this stage is perfect, a bit of a road block if you're trying to build around a certain weapon, but when you have the right weapons its a massacre Glass Houses: Heard someone describe the song for this stage as a music equivalent to a pep talk, and honestly I couldn't describe it better myself. Chances are you are very powerful at this point, and the music only drives that point home. Rocket Arena: Yet another powerful, almost heroic theme for a level where you are basically overpowered. little bit of a shame it only plays for 5 waves because it compliments the last stage very well. wait why is it getting darker- May the Heights Collapse: You fight the king for the first time, beat the king for the first time. Expecting it all to fade to black and for stage 4 to be complete. "Intermission" In combination with the fakeout boss and everything getting darker, MtHC is easily my favorite track in the game. For once where you are incredibly powerful, the game turns around and says 'lol no you're not' and throws everything it has at you. The dark, nightmarish, almost taunting tone of the song complimenting your nearly helpless state.

I really love the small hint of "Darkness Dueling" in this piece at exactly 2:18, it feels like trying to find hope in a hopeless situation where enemies are literally everywhere trying to corner you and then the part after that feels like trying to know what situation that your in and slowly getting the hang of it killing those enemies one by one with your friends not to mention the part before 2:18 sounds like not knowing the sorroundings and the situation that your in. I just wanna say that i love this track! Almost lost my s### when hearing 2:18. (No way i just made an entire storyline out of 1 minute of a song part 😂)

Normally, I don't comment on KZbin videos (like, at all) but there's something so good about this song and the Combat Initiation OST as a whole. On your first run, you've probably sank about thirty minutes into fighting countless waves of enemies, almost without pause. Once you arrive in Rocket Arena, the first five waves' music gives off a feeling of "You've learned the basics, let's see what you got", but the moment Wave 36 hits, May the Heights Collapse instead says "You want to win? Come and earn it." Absolute masterpiece. Bravo, Potoe and the others who worked on this incredible OST.

this was definitely unexpected for sure when i played stage 4 for the first time, like even to this day i still can and will get overwhelmed by the hellish spawn waves, especially wave 40, like the combos of beacons and wizards keeping up the pressure all while other enemies chase you down in the intent of bringing you down. the flame goes on within us, and thus it shines in times like these where we defy the odds. awesome work as always

Gives me vibes from an old adobe flash game called Mighty Knight, especially at 1:32 , it feels like im fighting the final boss. This ost perfectly describes the saying "you wanna win? Prove yourself worthy". And although few days after v2.0.0 released I already kept soloing the stage getting X ranks, it still hits hard and I love it.
