Mechanics: Whackjob is basically a wizzard from rocket arena but he does not fly or teleport. His hat does most of the work. Whackjob can also parry with his fish. Spawns in the middle wave of Haunted Mansion.

Some ideas for this boss: 1) Whackjob looks dumb, but is actually very smart. Well, Whackjob was until Whackjob spent too much time alone in a haunted house. 2) The thinking cap Whackjob is wearing was modified to ward away ghosts and paranormal phenomenon associated with them. When too damaged (e.g. during latter phases) it begins to malfunction and shock Whackjob and nearby Initiators, reducing cooldown times but slightly making your vision wobbly. It may also charge Subspace Tripmines with Electricity. 3) The fish Whackjob is holding is no ordinary fish, but rather a FISH of some variety after spending too much time within the fields produced by Whackjob's electrical helmet. This allows Whackjob to use it to knockback and parry anything, and anyone. Yes, this means Whackjob held on to it as an inanimate friend.
