Quelle magnifique interprétation. Je dois admettre que quelques fois j'étais captivé par la maîtrise respiratoire de Mme Rasker. Et son ornementation était très belle aussi.

Admirable à tous points de vue ! Helena Rasker a le timbre rare des plus grandes contralti. Elle me donne des frissons. L'orchestre est en osmose et le premier violon est génial. Et quel air sublime ! Parmi les plus beaux qu'a écrits le grand Vivaldi.

Im so glad I decided to listen to a different rendition than I usually listen to... The main violinist really nailed it for me and the voice is very controlled, you can just tell there is a lot more power under the bonet.

Fantastic Helena, I know this aria sung by the very greatest Von Otter, Prina, Bartoli, Fink, Stutzmann, Jarrousky etc and you can proudly stand next to them all.
